Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation in the world of television. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. Soon enough she was relocating to Texas where she pursued an athletic therapy profession in the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor in local independent films as well as global commercials. Despite her small roles, she quickly discovered her passion for acting. After moving from New York, in 2001 she landed her first part as a performer on All My Children. She had minor roles on JAG: Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. In 2004, she was cast in her first series part on The Mountain The Mountain, the short-lived drama on television. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV celebrities like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006, she was cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared for 85 episodes. The character of her Law & Order: LA spinoff was a short-lived. De La Garza's character was recognized with several nominations for the show, including Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She was also awarded ALMA Award nods. She won the Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for her outstanding performances on a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a reprise role in CSI Miami a few moments later. She portrayed Marisol Deko in the role of Horatio Caine's wife. The most recent television appearance was with NBC's rather darker show Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. It was eventually cancelled after two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is of Italian origin and is the younger sister of Cory who is 10 years her junior. Her family was strict and spiritual one. Milano began her acting career when she was seven years old. Her babysitter brought her along to an audition for her very first time. Four girls were chosen from over 1000 applicants. Milano was featured in commercials for TV as well as off Broadway shows, like the American first adaptation musical to Jane Eyre.
